Capitol Visitors Center
Working with Exhibition Gallery Director and exhibition designer (Ralph Appelbaum Associates) to coordinate fabrication and installation of this new 16,000 square foot museum. Particularly complex as it is part of a new 580,000 square foot underground facility designed by RTKL being built under the East side of the Capitol. Scheduled to open December 2008.

NASCAR Hall of Fame
Acting as Owner’s Representative/Liaison between City of Charlotte/Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, exhibition design firm (Ralph Appelbaum Associates) and NASCAR for this new 35,000 square foot experience. The NASCAR Hall of Fame will be a 130,000 square foot facility designed by Pei, Cobb, Freed Architects to honor NASCAR icons and create an enduring tribute to the drivers, crew members, team owners and others that have impacted the sport in the past, present and future. Facilitating content development, artifact acquisition and budget analysis from Design Development through Fabrication. Assisting with procurement of fabrication, installation, media production, scriptwriting, value engineering and General Construction integration. Advising on operations, facility, staffing and policy/procedures for this emerging institution.

Fernbank Museum of Natural History
Providing Concept Planning and Consulting for renovation of major galleries: determining long-term programmatic goals and marketing position, soliciting design firms for development of concept plans, facilitating content development and interpretive plans, establishing and reviewing budgets and schedules. Working as liaison between contracted design firm and museum for development of designs and fabrication.

Solar Decathlon
Worked with the Department of Energy and National Renewable Energy Laboratory to develop two exhibitions and an overall signage plan for this unique event on the National Mall that took place in October 2005. Exhibitions were outdoor and attendance surpassed 200,000 over the 10-day period. Exhibitions were successfully re-used for Solar Decathlon 2008. Also assisted in developing collaborative opportunities with local organizations.

National Building Museum: Affordable Housing: Designing an American Asset
Marketed the national tour of exhibition. Worked with sponsor (Fannie Mae Foundation) and NBM to cultivate venues and place exhibition in specified markets. Provided technical advice on design and travel issues.

Koshland Science Museum of the National Academies of Science
Marketing traveling exhibition on DNA from one of Museum's inaugural exhibitions. Advising Museum on processes, documentation, budgeting, marketing plan and required staff duties for initial effort on potential traveling exhibition program. Devised marketing approach and materials and soliciting venues for tour.

Dallas Museum of Natural History
Provided planning services to retrofit current facility as capital campaign gets underway for new museum in downtown Dallas.
